A 2026 Group Reading Project of May Sarton's Nonfiction Writing
I first read May Sarton's early journals almost 30 years ago & they made a deep impression on my life. In 2026, we'll be reading one of her nonfiction works each month & I'll be hosting a Zoom call every other month for anyone who wants to join & discuss our reading. Everyone is welcome & you can pop in or out of reading the material at any time. Between calls, you can follow &/or join the conversation on Bluesky or Instagram using the hashtag #SundaySarton. I'll check in at least every Sunday to read everyone's thoughts & share some of my own. (If you post on IG stories though, please tag me @joiedevivre9 & I'll be sure to share with everyone as well.)

The reading schedule is below, along with page guides & links of interest. Our first call is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, February 15th -- details to follow.
